I can’t believe that 2017 is almost over!
This year has literally flown by. I’m looking forward to what 2018 has to offer.
When the end of a year approaches, it’s natural to go into reflection mode. I’ve been reflecting in my head over the past few hours, just thinking about where I was at the beginning of the year and where I am now. I can honestly say thank the Lord that I am not where I used to be. God has come through for me in so many ways. I’m thankful for my gains and I’m also thankful for my losses. Millennials definitely experience a difficult time taking and accepting L’s (losses). I like to think that each L teaches me something about myself and how I can turn that negative into a positive.
As for the things I would like to achieve in 2018, I have given myself 5 personal goals. I’m not going to share them as of yet but I am excited to do what needs to be done in order to succeed. Last year, I had way too many goals but for this coming year, I’ve taken a realistic approach. I’m aiming to have small goals with a magnificent impact.
In 2018, I vow to:
- Be disciplined
- Continue to work hard in my profession
- Love myself and practice self care on a regular basis
- Take time out and not feel guilty for doing so
- Build personal relationships (friends, family etc)
- Immediately turn my back on any situation that doesn’t honour or serve me
- Increase my dopeness
- Secure the bag
- Travel more
I’m coming for everything that’s mine in 2018.
I’d like to take this opportunity to wish all It’s Kelle’s Space readers a Happy New Year. Thank you so much for your support.
May 2018 be everything you want it to be and more.
Do you have any 2018 vows?
