Sukin Purifying Facial Masque Review

Apr. 13, 2018

In this post, I will be reviewing the Sukin Purifying Facial Masque.

Sukin Purifying Mask review

I have been aware of  Sukin products for a while now. I’ve used their moisturisers before and I find that the natural ingredients did wonders for my skin. When I received the Sukin purifying mask, I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed the minute I checked out the ingredients. Soothing aloe vera, rosehip oil, koalin clays, shea butter, Vitamin E…all of them have endless benefits for the skin and even hair as well.

The Sukin Purifying Mask is suitable for all skin types but works especially well on blemishes, combination skin and acne-prone skin. It may not be suitable for sensitive skin.

My verdict on the Sukin Purifying Mask

I have to say that I was really happy with this facial mask. Usually, I use my Neem and Turmeric Mask or my Bentonite Clay/ACV (self made) mask, but I’m glad I got the opportunity to try this one out. The mask itself isn’t heavy, it’s very light and easy to apply.

I didn’t experience the tightness in my skin that you usually get with other clay masks which was another bonus. You don’t need a large amount of product to cover the face and you will feel a slight tingle in your skin within minutes. It’s nothing to be concerned about, it’s just the mask working its magic.

After 15 minutes, the mask starts to dry and by that time, it’s penetrated into your skin. The first time I used the mask, I left it on for 15 minutes but the second time I used it, I left it on for an extra five-10 minutes. When I removed the mask, I noticed that my skin felt and looked refreshed, renewed and much brighter than usual. I’d definitely recommend this mask, especially if you want a quick pick-me-up for your skin after a long week. It’s important to remember that your skin needs to de-stress and detox just as much as your body and your mind does.

Pros: mask contains natural ingredients, minimal product is needed, dries really quickly, it’s low price, lovely packaging.

Cons: tingling sensation may be off putting if you don’t use face masks a lot.

Overall, this purifying mask has really worked wonders and left my skin feeling great. First of all, I love that its pink (because I’m super girly) and second of all, it doesn’t crack like other masques do, it literally feels and looks like all the amazing ingredients have sunk into your skin. I would definitely recommend this product.

The Sukin Purifying Facial Masque is priced at £10.15 and is available to purchase at Feel Unique .

Watching #TheUltimatum and all I can say is that I’m ready for the French and South African versions to return. Like Love Is Blind, the U.S version has had its day.

It used to be Sana Jardin - Tiger By Her Side but the brand closed down. Not sure what’s going to be my go-to now. Currently wearing Nishane’s Thorns Become Roses, which is quite nice.
